Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 2 (8
- finely chopped nuts - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- small green pepper, diced - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese
- small can pimentos, drained - 1 item
How to make cheese balls:
Grate Cheddar cheese while cold. Allow Cheddar and cream cheese to soften. Using hands, blend all ingredients, except nuts. Shape into 3 balls, about the size of grapefruits. Roll in nuts. Wrap and refrigerate. Serve with snack crackers.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
