Ingredients/Components
- cans chunk pineapple, drained - 2 lb
- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 6 Tbsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
How to make pineapple casserole:
Combine sugar and flour. Mix with cheese and pineapple. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle crackers on top. Drizzle melted margarine on top of crackers. Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes.Very good with pork!
