  • sugar - 1 c
  • flour - 5 Tbsp
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
  • Ritz cracker crumbs - 3/4 c
  • cans pineapple chunks - 2 oz

How to make pineapple casserole:

Drain pineapple and place in greased casserole dish. Mix sugar and flour and pour over pineapple. Add cheese to mixture. Top with crumbs. Pour melted margarine over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
