Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- can pineapple chunks - 1 oz
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- crushed Ritz crackers - 1/2 c
How to make pineapple casserole:
Drain pineapple. Save 6 tablespoons of juice. Combine sugar and flour. Stir in 6 tablespoons of pineapple juice. Add 1 cup cheese and pineapple. Mix well and spoon into greased 1-quart casserole dish. Combine melted margarine and crackers. Spread on top. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Main dish.
