Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cold water - 1/4 c
- boiling water - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- envelopes unflavored gelatin - 2 item
- large can crushed pineapple with juice - 1 item
How to make snowball cake:
Mix first 3 ingredients and let stand. Then add remaining ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate for 1 1/2 hours.In a large round bowl, put 1 large angel food cake, broken into pieces. Pour gelatin mixture over cake. Mix well and fold in 1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip. Pour into a large, round bowl, lined with wax paper and sprayed with Pam. Press mixture into bowl and let stand in icebox overnight, or it can be frozen. Turn out on a plate and top with Cool Whip.
