  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • powdered sugar - 2 c
  • chopped walnuts - 1 c
  • 2 can crushed pineapple
  • stick butter, softened - 1 item

How to make pineapple cake with cream cheese frosting:

Mix sugar, flour, baking soda and walnuts in a bowl. Make a well and add 2 eggs (beaten), 1 can pineapple (including juice) and vanilla (1 teaspoon). Mix with a spoon just to blend. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 40 minutes. Let cool.

Frost with: Mix cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Stir in powdered sugar and whip thoroughly with mixer. Top with a few chopped nuts.
