- large Cool Whip - 2 item
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- Filling:2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
- cans crushed pineapple, drain well - 2 oz
How to make pineapple cake:
Bake as directed in 9 x 12-inch pan.Filling:2 boxes instant vanilla pudding2 c. cold milk2 (8 oz.) cream cheese2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drain well2 large Cool Whip Mix pudding, cold milk and cream cheese together.After cake is cooled, cut cake in half lengthwise. Spread 1/2 pudding mixture over cake first, then 1/2 crushed pineapple. Follow with Cool Whip. Place other half of cake on top. Repeat with mixture and pineapple, then add Cool Whip all around cake.
