  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • cream cheese - 1 (8
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • Cool Whip - 1 c
  • lemon instant pudding - 2 pkg
  • cold milk - 3 c
  • large Cool Whip - 1 item

How to make lemon delight:

Mix first 3 ingredients together and put in bottom of pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool.

Beat and mix next 3 ingredients and spread on first layer. Mix the next 3 ingredients and put on top of 2nd layer. Chill overnight.
