- sugar - 2 c
- cream cheese - 6 oz
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- butter
- soda - 2 tsp
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- large can crushed pineapple juice included - 1 item
How to make pineapple cake:
Frosting:1/2 c. butter1 tsp. vanilla6 oz. cream cheese2 c. confectioners sugar Mix pineapple with beater; add eggs and vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients and nuts. Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 35 minutes.Frosting: Cream the cream cheese and butter. Add sugar and vanilla. Spread on warm cake. Sprinkle with extra nuts, if desired.
