  • cream cheese - 6 oz
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • butter
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • confectioners sugar - 2 c
  • large can crushed pineapple juice included - 1 item

How to make pineapple cake:

Frosting:1/2 c. butter1 tsp. vanilla6 oz. cream cheese2 c. confectioners sugar Mix pineapple with beater; add eggs and vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients and nuts. Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 35 minutes.

Frosting: Cream the cream cheese and butter. Add sugar and vanilla. Spread on warm cake. Sprinkle with extra nuts, if desired.
