Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar
- large can crushed pineapple, with juice - 1 item
- Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes
How to make pineapple cake:
Mix everything together and pour into 9x13 or jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. Frost when cool.Frosting:1 stick oleo1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 1/2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanillaRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
