  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • powdered sugar
  • large can crushed pineapple, with juice - 1 item
  • Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes

How to make pineapple cake:

Mix everything together and pour into 9x13 or jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. Frost when cool.Frosting:1 stick oleo1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 1/2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla
