  • eggs - 2 item
  • coconut - 1 c
  • oil - 1/4 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • all-purpose flour - 2 c
  • nuts - 1 c
  • small can Carnation milk - 1 item
  • can crushed pineapple and juice - 1 item
  • Frosting:1 stick butter

How to make pineapple cake:

Mix together and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan.Frosting:1 stick butter1 c. sugar1 small can Carnation milk1 c. coconut1 c. nuts Boil butter, sugar and milk slowly about 10 minutes. Add coconut and nuts. Spread on cake while warm.
