- eggs - 2 item
- stick margarine - 1 item
- cup sugar - 1 item
- cup oil - 1/2 item
- 1/2 cups sugar - 1 item
- teaspoon salt - 1/4 item
- teaspoon vanilla - 1 item
- 20 ounce can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- cups + 2 tablespoons unsifted flour - 2 item
- 1/4 level teaspoon baking soda - 1 item
- Grease & flour 10 x 13 pan
- tablespoon corn syrup - 1 item
How to make pineapple cake:
Mix all ingredients on medium speed for 4 minutes. Grease & flour 10 x 13 pan. Pour batter in pan & sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.Icing:1/2 cup evaporated milk1 stick margarine1 cup sugar1 tablespoon corn syrup Cook 4 minutes while stirring.
