- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar
- can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 oz
How to make pineapple cake:
Frosting:1 lb. powdered sugar1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1/2 c. butter, softened Combine first five ingredients. Pour into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 35 minutes at 350°.Frosting: Mix ingredients until smooth. Spread on warm cake. Serves 12.
