Ingredients/Components

  • butter, softened - 1/2 c
  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • powdered sugar
  • can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 oz

How to make pineapple cake:

Frosting:1 lb. powdered sugar1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1/2 c. butter, softened Combine first five ingredients. Pour into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 35 minutes at 350°.

Frosting: Mix ingredients until smooth. Spread on warm cake. Serves 12.
