- eggs - 3 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can coconut - 1 item
- large carton Cool Whip - 1 item
- sweet milk - 2/3 c
- box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix - 1 item
- can pina colada
How to make pina colada cake:
Topping:1 (12 or 15 oz.) can pina colada1 can coconut1 large carton Cool Whip Mix all cake ingredients together well. Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes, until done.When you remove cake from oven, punch holes, while hot, and pour 1 can pina colada over cake. Cool cake completely and then spread 1 large carton of Cool Whip over cake, then sprinkle 1 can of coconut over all. Keep refrigerated.
