  • water - 5 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • sticks butter - 2 item
  • sugar if desired - 1/4 c

How to make pie crust:

In a large bowl, put flour; cut in butter. Add sugar. Beat egg, vinegar and water; add to flour and butter. Form into a ball. Will make 3 pie crusts.
