Rhubarb crisp
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 1/3 c
- dark brown sugar, packed - 1/2 c
- oatmeal - 1/2 c
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- butter, melted and cooled to room temperature - 1/2 c
- rhubarb, about 2 1/2 lb - 2 qt
How to make rhubarb crisp:
In a large bowl, combine sugar and flour. Add rhubarb and toss lightly until rhubarb is coated with sugar mixture. Spoon into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
