  • sugar - 1 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • dark brown sugar, packed - 1/2 c
  • oatmeal - 1/2 c
  • white sugar - 1/2 c
  • butter, melted and cooled to room temperature - 1/2 c
  • rhubarb, about 2 1/2 lb - 2 qt

How to make rhubarb crisp:

In a large bowl, combine sugar and flour. Add rhubarb and toss lightly until rhubarb is coated with sugar mixture. Spoon into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. In the same bowl combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and white sugar. Add butter. Cut in with pastry bl
