Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- cold water - 3 4
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- cooking oil - 1/4 c
How to make pie crust:
Sift flour and salt together into a bowl. Blend cooking oil and butter. Cut in with pastry blender until well blended. Sprinkle water over mixture and form into a ball, press firmly.
