Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- cooking oil - 1 c
- white sugar
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- Beat until light and fluffy
How to make pumpkin bars:
In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar; add oil and pumpkin. Beat until light and fluffy. Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and soda. Add to pumpkin mixture. Pour into ungreased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool and frost.Cream Cheese Frosting:1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened2 tsp. vanilla1/4 c. butter2 c. powdered sugar Cream together cream cheese, vanilla and butter. Gradually add sugar.
