Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped onions - 3 item
  • chopped green pepper - 1 item
  • celery seed - 1 tsp
  • white vinegar - 1 c
  • mixed pickling spices - 1 tsp
  • cucumbers, thinly sliced - 7 c

How to make freezer pickles:

Mix cucumber, pepper and onion in large bowl. Mix other ingredients and pour over cucumbers. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Put in plastic containers and freeze.
