Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vinegar - 2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 item
- pickling spices tied in bag - 1 Tbsp
- cans whole beets plus juice - 2 item
- hard-boiled eggs - 12 item
How to make pickled eggs:
Combine first 6 ingredients and cook 10 minutes. Cool completely. Cool hard-boiled eggs completely or eggs will be tough. Place all in gallon glass jar. Refrigerate overnight before using.Recipe categories: Egg, Lunch/snacks, Appetizers.
