Perfect pie crust

Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• egg - 1 item
• vinegar - 2 tsp
• shortening - 1 c

How to make perfect pie crust:

Mix flour, salt and shortening. In a measuring cup, add egg and vinegar. Beat well. Fill measuring cup up to 2/3 mark; add liquid mixture to flour mixture. Ready to roll out (I chill mine in refrigerator a couple of hours).
