Ingredients/Components
- flour - 4 c
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- shortening
- water - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
How to make pie crust:
Cut together salt, sugar, flour and shortening. Stir in water, vinegar and egg with a fork. Mix together. Put in refrigerator 1/2 hour. Makes 5 single crusts.Recipe categories: Pie, Pies and tarts, Crusts/pastry dough.
