Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 6 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 2 c
  • evaporated milk
  • jar marshmallow cream - 13 oz
  • 1/4 sticks butter - 1 item
  • each pkg - 2 oz

How to make perfect chocolate fudge:

Mix sugar, butter and milk in a large saucepan, stirring. Bring to a rapid boil. Boil 5 minutes; remove from heat and stir in chocolate morsels, nuts, marshmallow cream and vanilla. Have several large plates or cookie sheet buttered as mixture sets up quickly. When mixture begins to thicken, pour onto buttered plates or pans.
