Pepperoni pinwheels
Ingredients/Components
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 2 oz
- thinly sliced pepperoni - 1/4 lb
- can Pillsbury crescent rolls - 8 oz
- prepared pizza or spaghetti sauce - 1 c
How to make pepperoni pinwheels:
Preheat oven to 350°. Unroll dough and separate into 4 rectangles. Firmly press the diagonal perforations to seal. Place several pepperoni slices on each rectangle to taste. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cheese on the pepperoni. Starting at the short side, tightly roll each rectangle. Pinch dough to seal. Slice each roll into 4 equal slices, pinching dough together on one side of each slice to seal. Place sealed side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
