Pepperoni pinwheels
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- finely grated pepperoni - 5 oz
- shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese half and half - 5 oz
How to make pepperoni pinwheels:
Preheat oven to 375°. In small bowl, blend pepperoni, cheeses, oregano and egg. Roll apart crescent rolls into 8 rectangles (press perforations to seal). Spread mixture on each rectangle, making sure to cover to the edges. Starting at shorter side, roll up and seal. Cut each roll into 6 pieces.Place, cut side down, on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm. Makes 48 pinwheels.
