Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- green onions, chopped - 1 c
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 c
- can beef broth - 1 item
- garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- quartered tomatoes - 3 item
- large center cut round steak, cut into bite size pieces - 1 item
- paprika, sprinkle over meat - 1 item
How to make pepper steak:
Sprinkle paprika on steak and brown in butter. Add 1 can beef broth and garlic powder. Simmer 30 minutes. Add green onions and peppers. Combine soy sauce, water and cornstarch. Add to steak. Stir until soup thickens. Take off heat. Add tomatoes tRecipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
