Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- seasoned bread crumbs - 1 c
- melted oleo - 1 c
- halibut - 2 lb
How to make baked halibut:
Wash and pat halibut dry. Cut into 1-inch chunks. Combine seasoned bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip each chunk into melted oleo and roll into seasoned bread crumbs. Place each piece onto baking dish sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle lightly with garlicRecipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Halibut.
