Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- cornstarch - 4 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 4 Tbsp
How to make pepper steak:
Mix. Marinate 2 to 3 pound round steak in mixture at least 2 hours. Slice bell peppers and saute in a little oil. Remove from pan. Brown steak. Boil 1 cup water and dissolve one bouillon cube and pour over steak. Add bell peppers and simmer until tender.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
