- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- cooked rice - 1 item
- flank steak - 1 to
- large tomato - 1 item
- large green bell peppers - 2 item
- chopped medium onion - 1 item
- McCormick/Schilling brown gravy mix - 1 pkg
How to make pepper steak:
Thinly slice flank steak, diagonally. Brown with the onion in the oil. Stir in the mixture of gravy mix, water and soy sauce. Stir until thickened. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add bell peppers, cut in thin strips, and the tomato, cut in wedges. SimmRecipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
