Ingredients/Components
- red wine vinegar
- medium onion, thinly sliced - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- Italian seasoning - 3/4 tsp
- olive oil - 6 Tbsp
- large clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- to 8 chicken breast filets deboned and skinless - 6 item
- each: red, yellow and green bell pepper, sliced - 1 item
How to make pepper chicken:
Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in large skillet and saute chicken over medium heat about 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm. Add remaiRecipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
