Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 3/4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 1/2 c
How to make pecan tassies:
Blend softened cream cheese and margarine; stir in flour. Chill. Divide dough into 24 balls. Press into bottom of miniature muffin pans. Combine egg, brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in nuts. Fill cups 3/4 full of mixture. Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes or until light brown. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pans.Recipe categories: Pie, Pies and tarts, Hand Formed cookies.
