Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- granulated sugar - 2 Tbsp
- packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- light corn syrup - 1 c
- margarine or butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- Bisquick baking mix - 2 c
- firm margarine or butter - 1/4 c
How to make pecan pie squares:
Heat oven to 350°. Mix baking mix and granulated sugar. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Press mixture in ungreased rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch. Bake until light brown, 10 to 12 minutes; cool. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over baked laRecipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Nuts.
