Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- large eggs - 5 item
- dark corn syrup - 1 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
How to make pecan pie squares:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 10 x 13-inch pan. Mix cake mix, 1 egg and 1/2 cup salad oil until crumbly. Press into bottom of pan and bake 20 minutes. Beat remaining eggs, syrup, sugar and butter. Stir in pecans. Pour on top of cake batter and bake 45 minutes or until set. Cool and cut.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Nuts.
