- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- soda - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar
- plain flour - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 oz
How to make mexican fruitcake:
Cream Cheese Frosting:2 c. powdered sugar1 stick margarine1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla Pour batter into a 13 x 9-inch pan, greased with margarine.
