  • pkg - 1 oz
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • powdered sugar
  • plain flour - 2 c
  • can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 oz

How to make mexican fruitcake:

Cream Cheese Frosting:2 c. powdered sugar1 stick margarine1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla Pour batter into a 13 x 9-inch pan, greased with margarine. Bake 45 minutes (35 minutes in a glass pan). Blend frosting ingredients until smooth. Frost cake while hot.
