Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- dark corn syrup - 1 c
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pecan pieces or halves - 1 c
- 8 or 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
How to make pecan pie:
In bowl, combine all ingredients except pecans and beat well by hand until thoroughly combined. Place pecans in unbaked pie shell and pour liquid ingredients over top. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until set. May serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
