  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • pecans - 1 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
  • 9-inch deep dish pie crust - 1 item
  • syrup dark Karo - 1 c

How to make pecan pie:

Cream butter; add sugar. Stir in syrup. Add eggs and vanilla. Fold in nuts. Pour into chilled unbaked pie crust. Bake 50 minutes at 325°.
