Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- eggs - 3 item
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- dark corn syrup - 1 c
- unbaked pie shell - 1 item
- pecan halves plus a few more just to make it better - 1 c
How to make pecan pie:
Beat eggs thoroughly with sugar, dash of salt, corn syrup and melted butter. Add pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes, until knife inserted halfway between outside and center of filling comes out clean. Cool.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
