Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pecans - 1 c
- Karo syrup - 1 c
How to make pecan pie:
Mix together all ingredients for filling, add pecans last. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400° for 15 mins. Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 30-35 mins. or longer. Outer edges of filling should be firm, center should be slightly soft.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
