  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • pecans - 1 c
  • Karo syrup - 1 c

How to make pecan pie:

Mix together all ingredients for filling, add pecans last. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400° for 15 mins. Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 30-35 mins. or longer. Outer edges of filling should be firm, center should be slightly soft.
