Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- light corn syrup - 1 c
- pecans - 2 c
How to make pecan pie:
Cream butter and sugar until light. Add eggs, well beaten, then flour, salt, vanilla, syrup and pecans. Put into an unbaked pie crust. Bake in oven at 450° for 10 minutes, then reduce to 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
