Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pecan halves
- margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- unbaked pie shell 9-inch - 1 item
- Karo syrup light or dark - 1 c
How to make pecan pie:
In a large bowl, stir the first 5 ingredients until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake in 350° oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
