Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • egg whites - 1 item
  • pecans chopped - 1 item
  • butter scotch bits - 6 oz
  • Cup Eagle brand milk - 1/3 item
  • Cup nuts chopped - 1/3 item

How to make pecan log:

Melt chips and stir in vanilla and milk Add nuts; mix well and chill. Roll into a 12 inch log on waxed paper. Mark lengthwise with a fork. Brush with slightly beaten egg white. Place pecans all over the log. Cut into 1/2 inch slices.

Makes 24 slices.
