Pecan delights

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1 tsp
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• butter - 1/2 c
• water - 1 Tbsp
• confectioners sugar - 3 Tbsp
• plus 2 Tbsp - 1 c

How to make pecan delights:

Whip butter until soft and add the confectioners sugar. Add flour and pecans. Mix well. Add vanilla and water. Roll into balls. Put on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 300° for 15 minutes. Let cool and roll in confectioners sugar.
