Pear mincemeat

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 5 lb
• cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
• vinegar - 1 c
• raisins - 2 lb
• cloves - 1 Tbsp
• allspice - 1 Tbsp
• lemon - 1 item
• apple - 1 item
• oranges - 3 item
• pears

How to make pear mincemeat:

Peel and core pears. Remove seeds but not peelings from oranges, lemon and apple. Grind and mix with other ingredients. Boil for 1 1/2 hours. Pack into hot, clean jars and seal.
