Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 5 lb
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 c
- raisins - 2 lb
- cloves - 1 Tbsp
- allspice - 1 Tbsp
- lemon - 1 item
- apple - 1 item
- oranges - 3 item
- pears
How to make pear mincemeat:
Peel and core pears. Remove seeds but not peelings from oranges, lemon and apple. Grind and mix with other ingredients. Boil for 1 1/2 hours. Pack into hot, clean jars and seal.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pies and tarts, Condiments, etc..
