Pear marmalade
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 5 c
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- pears, peeled and sliced - 9 c
How to make pear marmalade:
Cook until thick. Pear slices will not break down, but will become translucent. Fill hot jars with hot marmalade. Process in a hot water bath for 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves, Pears.
