Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- egg yolks, beaten - 3 item
- 250 g cottage cheese - 1 c
- 85 ml water - 1/3 c
- 85 ml lemon juice - 1/3 c
How to make mock hollandaise sauce:
In top of a double boiler blend together the cottage cheese, water and lemon juice. Beat until smooth and creamy. Add beaten egg yolks and salt and pepper to taste.
