Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- Spanish peanuts, salted - 1 c
- small box chocolate pudding not instant - 1 item
How to make peanut clusters:
Cook over medium heat to all-over boil. Lower heat; continue stirring for 3 minutes. Take off heat. Add peanuts; stir until mixture thickens. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Makes about 24 candies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Lunch/snacks, Candy.
