  • pkg - 1 oz
  • cashews or peanuts - 2 c
  • vanilla-flavored confectioners sugar coating, cut up - 1/2 lb

How to make peanut clusters:

In a heavy, medium saucepan, melt confectioners coating and chocolate pieces over low heat, stirring constantly. Stir in peanuts or cashews.

Drop mixture from a teaspoon onto a baking sheet lined with waxed paper. Chill until firm (about 30 minute). Store, tightly covered, in the refrigerator.
