- pkg - 1 oz
- flour
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- light corn syrup - 2/3 c
- white sugar - 2/3 c
- corn flakes - 2 c
- peanut butter plain or nutty - 1/2 c
How to make peanut butterscotch squares:
Cream butter and brown sugar; stir in flour. It is crumbly. Press into a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.In saucepan, combine white sugar and syrup; heat to boiling. Remove from heat. Add chips and peanut butter; stir to melt. Stir in corn flakes. Spread on baked hot layer.
