Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- Spanish peanuts - 2 c
- oleo
- rolled oats - 2 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- corn flakes - 1 c
How to make spanish peanut cookies:
Cream together oleo and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat. Sift together flour, soda and baking powder and beat into other ingredients well. Add corn flakes, rolled oats, Spanish peanuts and chocolate bits. Drop on cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
