Peanut butter tandy cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- creamy peanut butter - 3/4 c
How to make peanut butter tandy cake:
Cream eggs, sugar, oil and salt. Add flour alternately with milk and vanilla.Grease a jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
While cake is still warm, spread with 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter. Cool in refrigerator. Melt an 8-inch square Hershey bar with 1 tablespoon oil. Spread over peanut butter. Refrigerate. Cut into squares.
